  • 1 12 oz. premium gold rum
  • 12 oz. orange curacao
  • 12 oz. Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup
  • 34 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 12 oz. dark rum

  • Glass: 13 oz.
  • Garnish: Cherry, Palm Frond, Pineapple


  1. Combine ingredients in a shaker in the order listed, except floater.
  2. Cap and shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into serving glass filled with ice.
  4. Gently pour floater on top.
  5. Garnish.
