- 2 leaf(ves) basil
- 1 tbsp. chopped pineapple
- 1 oz. pineapple juice
- 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz. Monin Vanilla Spice Syrup
- 2 oz. coconut rum
- splash ginger beer
- Glass: 16 oz.
- Garnish: Basil Sprig, Pineapple, Pineapple Leaves
- Fill serving glass full of ice.
- Place ingredients into bottom of mixing glass and muddle.
- Fill mixing glass 2/3 full of ice and pour remaining ingredients in order listed.
- Cap, and shake and strain into serving glass with ice.
- Add garnish, and serve.
