Sugar Free Caramel Syrup

I make "breakfast coffee" by using a DIY creamer, adding a scoop of unflavored whey protein to milk, and then flavoring with a sugar free Monin syrup -- this caramel flavor is my choice half the time. My diabetic FIL makes the same enriched flavored milk and puts it on his breakfast cereal or drinks it with an afternoon snack. He says it beats any of those canned "protein shakes" hands-down. I say it also beats any of the flavored "protein drink" powders I've tried. (Posted on 5/7/2018)

Bought this to add to my bulletproof coffee. I add a little pink salt and heavy whipping cream for a luscious salted caramel latte! Super good! Really tastes like caramel! (Posted on 3/7/2018)

This is perfect to make a warm evening drink. I put the Carmel syrup with milk and heat it in the microwave. At night, if I can't sleep , I add some dark rum. We buy this by the case as well as the sugar free sweetener. When my kids and grandchildren were little I made 'night time milk' I added a little vanilla and some sugar but now that I have discovered Monin I will get some vanilla syrup. Excellent flavors. This is an excellent sugar free syrup! I normally hate sugar free because of that cloying aftertaste. I bought this to try in my coffee after reading all the good reviews and was so pleasantly surprised at how great it tastes. No weird aftertaste - I even use it on my oatmeal and pancakes - and I am a really picky eater. Great job Monin, I will be buying more sugar free products. (Posted on 1/22/2017)

Unable to get caramel sauce without sugar I looked for a syrup. I am diabetic. This one outshines them all! It is thicker and really has luscious flavor! Great in cooking as well as my lattes! Will never buy anywhere else. Monin is the best! (Posted on 1/8/2016)

I have issues when I intake processed sugar and this syrup helped solve those issues. It's an excellent mixer with almost everything. I use it in protein shakes to enhance the flavors, but still keep to calories low. I is a great addition to mixed drinks when you prefer a sweeter drink. Also great in coffee or iced coffee. This has quickly become my ultimate favorite Monin flavor. I use it daily for coffee. Pour about two thirds cup of coffee, add a few pumps of Monin (to your liking) add a little milk or creamer and begin enjoying a wonderful homemade treat. (Posted on 7/13/2015)
