Moderation - that's an important thing with this. The strawberry flavor is strong and can overwhelm a drink easily. The strawberry smell and flavor is so pure and wonderful. It has very little sweetness.
I used this with lemonade. The Monin recipe uses a little too much syrup.
The best use was with carbonated water, rhubarb bitters (Fee Brothers), strawberry syrup, and a lemon wedge. The drink has that hint of rhubarb pie without all the sweetness.
The bottles are slightly shorter than the 750mL Monin glass bottles. The included pump is just about perfect - it delivers a smaller shot than the bigger syrup pumps. The syrup is thick. (Posted on 3/20/2017)
