Spiced Pumpkin Jerk Wing Sauce
- 1/2 cup scallion, chopped
- 1/4 cup Monin Spiced Pumpkin Purée
- 2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
- 1 habanero pepper, optionally deseeded
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and purée until it comes to a smooth consistency.
- Cover tightly and store refrigerated until use.
