Spiced Pumpkin Custard Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup Monin Spiced Pumpkin Purée
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 1 (9-Inch) premade graham cracker pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
  2. In a mixing bowl combine the sweetened condensed milk, spiced pumpkin purée, lemon juice and egg yolks and whisk together until well incorporated.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  4. Bake the pie in the oven for 15 minutes, or until thickened and almost fully set.
  5. Remove the pie and allow to cool for 20 minutes.
  6. Store in the refrigerator until fully chilled and ready to serve.
