South Seas Luau
- 1 wedge(s) pineapple
- 1⁄2 oz. Monin South Seas Blend
- 1 1⁄4 oz. coconut rum
- 1⁄2 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1 oz. cranberry juice
- Glass: 10 oz.
- Garnish: Cherry, Palm Frond
- Place ingredients into bottom of serving glass and muddle.
- Fill serving glass full of ice and pour remaining ingredients in order listed.
- Pour mixture into mixing tin, cap, shake and pour back into serving glass.
- Top with ice, add garnish, straw, and serve.
