Smoked Pineapple Press
- 2 ea. pineapple
- 3⁄4 oz. Monin Hickory Smoke Syrup
- 1 ea. cherry(ies)
- 2 dash(es) bitter
- 1 1⁄4 oz. bourbon
- Glass: 12 oz.
- Garnish: Lime, Palm Frond
- Place ingredients into bottom of serving glass and muddle.
- Fill serving glass full of ice and pour remaining ingredients in order listed.
- Pour mixture into mixing tin, cap, shake and pour back into serving glass.
- Top with ice, add garnish and serve.
