Roasted Hazelnut Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Monin Roasted Hazelnut Syrup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 4 shallots, finely chopped
  • salt & pepper (to taste)

  • Yield: Approximately 2 ½ cups dressing

Instructions

  1. Whisk together Monin Roasted Hazelnut Syrup, mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice and shallots in a medium bowl until emulsified. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Use to dress salad greens.
