Roasted Hazelnut Vinaigrette
- 1 cup Monin Roasted Hazelnut Syrup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 4 shallots, finely chopped
- salt & pepper (to taste)
- Yield: Approximately 2 ½ cups dressing
- Whisk together Monin Roasted Hazelnut Syrup, mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice and shallots in a medium bowl until emulsified. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Use to dress salad greens.
