Pumpkin Pie Panna Cotta

Ingredients

  • 2 packets powdered gelatin
  • 6 Tbsp. cool water
  • 4 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup Monin Pumpkin Pie Syrup

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over the cold water in a bowl and set aside for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Heat the heavy cream and sugar in a saucepan until the sugar is fully dissolved. Remove from the heat and allow to cool for 15 minutes.
  3. Pour the cream and sugar mixture over the bloomed gelatin and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract and the pumpkin pie syrup.
  5. Lightly oil eight custard cups with a neutral tasting oil.
  6. Divide the panna cotta mixture evenly into prepared cups, then chill until completely set and firm, at least 2 hours – preferably overnight.
