The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for providing support to the Product & Analytics Marketing Team pertaining to new product launch initiatives and any product support materials. This position will also be charged with collecting and interpreting industry and market insights and guiding internal departments through the market and consumer research initiatives. This position reports directly to the Product Management Director.

Essential Functions:
  • Lead new product marketing rollout with direction from the Product Management Director
    • Marketing department point for new product rollouts
      • Initiate the rollout process with marketing department (creating and publishing all-encompassing new product brief)
      • Create, communicate and manage timeline and key project dates
      • Set up and facilitate ideation sessions involving marketing team and cross-functional partners
      • Work with creative team on POS and POP asset creation and distribution
    • Craft compelling go-to-market selling story and commercialization strategy for each new product/product line
    • Assist in creating sales team rollout presentations
    • Coordinate recipe development, photos, etc. with innovation team
    • Manage sampling and product collateral development (i.e. sell sheet updates, product reformulation content updates, email, new product sampling, etc.)
    • Assist with the press-related tasks around each product launch, such as press releases, content development with media outlets, etc.
    • Make suggestions/recommendations on how to improve the process and communications
  • Manage annual trends development and presentation
  • Manage marketing budget pertaining to product launch support material spend (submit invoices, work with team members to create PO’s and P#s)
  • Manage seasonal merchandising efforts and tactics for B2B customers
  • Other duties may be assigned

Job Requirements:
  • 3-5 Years of Marketing experience (Product Marketing preferred)
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving experience
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proven ability to think creatively
  • Excellent computer skills including the MS Office Suite. Proficiency/expertise with PPT is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, HTML5 and other web-based applications languages a plus.
