Pineapple Yuzu Daiquiri


  • 2 oz. gold rum
  • 12 oz. Monin Yuzu Purée
  • 3 ea. pineapple wedge (no skin)
  • 1 12 oz. fresh agave sour mix

  • Glass: 8 oz.
  • Garnish: Pineapple Slice


  1. Chill serving glass.
  2. Place ingredients into bottom of mixing glass and muddle.
  3. Fill mixing glass 2/3 full of ice and pour remaining ingredients in order listed.
  4. Cap, shake and strain into chilled serving glass.
  5. Add garnish, and serve.
