Pineapple BBQ Mojito
- 2 wedge(s) grilled pineapple slice(s)
- 8 leaf(ves) mint leaves
- 2 pump(s) Monin Lime Concentrated Flavor
- 3⁄4 oz. pineapple juice
- 1 1⁄2 oz. premium light rum
- top club soda
- Glass: 16 oz.
- Garnish: Lime, Mint Sprig
- Fill serving glass full of ice.
- Place ingredients into bottom of mixing glass and muddle.
- Fill mixing glass 2/3 full of ice and pour remaining ingredients in order listed.
- Cap, and shake and strain into serving glass with ice.
- Add garnish, and serve.
