The Manager of First Impressions is a key role at Monin. This position is the first point of contact for all visitors and inbound phone calls. The ideal candidate will have a friendly personality while also being very perceptive and detail oriented. A customer-oriented approach is essential. The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.

 Essential Functions:

  • Ensure the front lobby and facility is ready each day to receive customers
  • Greet guests promptly and sign in, provide GMPs and visitors badges
  • Answer phone calls promptly and with superior customer service and handle/direct to others as appropriate
  • Work with accounting team and customer service to send out EDI and paper invoicing
  • Check voice mails and handle/forward or forward as appropriate
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages will all vendors
  • Manage multiple e-mail accounts and a fax line
  • Provide back up for online consumer calls and chat line
  • Place orders for office supplies as needed
  • Secure the front office space at the close of business
  • Additional functions as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Display professionalism at all times
  • Ability to handle high volume of phone calls and emails and in person visitors
  • Ability to process information to tailor responses and actions to meet the customers' specific needs
  • Advanced MS Office skills in Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Flexible and works well under pressure, independently or as part of a team
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills & problem-solving skills
  • Takes initiative and thinks ahead to next steps
  • Deadline oriented

  • This position is compensated at an hourly rate and occasional overtime hours may be required.
