Odd, but good - Review by Karen
This is so different from the fruit flavors that I associate with syrup, but it's good. The key to the hickory smoke syrup is that a very little goes a long way. Combined with other flavors it can add a delicate smoke and sense of body to the mouthfeel but it IS easy to overwhelm the other syrups with this so try a few drops at a time. I may try this with tomato sauce or BBQ sauce to up the smokiness, and right now I'm trying it with mixed drinks. It seems odd, but it works. (Posted on 1/19/2017)
