 Hawaiian Island Mai Tai

Ingredients

  • 1 14 oz. light rum
  • 12 oz. orange curacao
  • 1 oz. Monin Hawaiian Island Syrup
  • 1 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz. fresh scratch sour
  • 12 oz. dark rum
  • ice

  • Glass: 14 oz.
  • Garnish: Flowers/herbs, Lime

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a shaker in the order listed, except floater.
  2. Cap and shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into serving glass filled with ice.
  4. Gently pour floater on top.
  5. Garnish.
