Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. (2 sticks) butter, softened
  • 4 pumps Monin Ginger Concentrated Flavor
  • 4 tsp. thinly sliced scallion
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly grated lime zest
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl mash together the butter, concentrated flavor, scallion, garlic, lime zest and salt until thoroughly incorporated.
  2. Once well combined, wrap tightly in plastic wrap or parchment paper and store in the refrigerator until use.
  3. Before serving, remove from the refrigerator and allow the butter to soften slightly at room temperature.
