Why do I get a “gateway error” when I try to place my order?

This occurs when the billing information you submitted for the credit card you are using does not match the information the credit card company has on file.  It could be a simple error, such as omitting your middle initial, or another reason.  You must contact your credit card company to find out why the error occurred and correct the billing information before trying to place your order again.
