How much product does a Monin pump dispense?

Monin offers specially designed and calibrated pumps based on the product.
- Syrup pumps dispense ¼ fl. oz. per pump
- Fruit Purée pumps and Sauce pumps dispense ½ fl. oz. per pump
- Concentrated Flavor pumps (each 375mL bottle comes with a fitted pump) delivers 3mL (1/10th oz.) per pump
