Espresso Mascarpone Cream
- 2 Tbsp. Monin True Brewed Espresso Concentrate
- 1 cup Chilled Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup Mascarpone Cheese (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
- Yield: Approximately (3 Cups)

- Add the first 5 ingredients to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment.
- Beat until filling is thick and smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
