The Digital Communication Coordinator will be a supporting member of the company’s digital team. The role will be responsible for managing several components of the external website for the US, Canada and Latin America. In addition, this position will participate in and coordinate digital marketing activities such as loyalty program, social media advertising and blog content management, as well as provide administrative support for internal digital platforms. The successful candidate for this role will have strong communication skills and be well-trained in product knowledge and company policies. This position entails extensive oral and written communication skills as well as minimal adeptness in social media and technical support. Close collaboration within the IT and Innovation Teams is an essential function of the role in order to ensure a pro-active and high-quality brand presence across all digital communications platforms utilized by Monin.


 Essential Functions:

  • Works closely with the digital team on the maintenance and management of the website across multiple countries
  • Customer relations for all digital platforms via phone, email or social media. Responsibilities may include assisting in order processing, website troubleshooting, tracking recurring issues and identifying areas of optimization.
  • Identifying and creating print and digital content to be shared on all communications platforms.
  • Maintaining Monin’s digital asset management system
  • Providing software and hardware technical support within the Digital team.
  • Maintain Loyalty Program
  • Providing proofreading expertise.
  • Assisting with media buying, social media management, industry awards submissions, and other pro-active strategies to build brand awareness.
  • Providing support to the team as needed for various needs including special projects and events.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field is preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience providing web support within an organization and/or social support.
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, database management, PowerPoint, etc. is required.
  • Google Analytics and WordPress proficiency are a plus
  • Proficient in troubleshooting software and hardware.
  • Exceptional writing and proofreading skills.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for extended periods of time



  • This position is compensated at an hourly rate. Weekend work and occasional overtime hours may be required.
