    This makes a good latte especially with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Use for hot chocolate, chocolate milk, and dip strawberries in this. Super thick though...redesign bottle. (Posted on 3/13/2018)

    The dark chocolate flavor is fantastic, not sure how healthy..first ingredient is sugar, that bothers me, I should've looked closer. I discovered Monin chocolate as it's used at a favorite french cafe we frequent. I just rec'd first 64 oz. Bottle and it is so thick. I didn't get the pump. I'm just pouring it into a squish bottle I had from some other chocolate syrup I formerly used. I read that to get it out of the bottom put in pan of warm water, so I'll try that when time comes, but I was surprised at how thick it is. Seems more like something one would use over ice cream than in a drink. (Posted on 12/15/2017)

    I'm a chocolate and coffee nut. This dark chocolate sauce is fantastic and really thick. The only trouble is that it is so thick, even at room temperature, that the pump quits working after a couple of days. The sauce had to be transferred to a large-mouthed screw-top jar and spooned out to serve. Well worth it. (Posted on 5/2/2017)

    I am now working on my second 64oz bottle... i love the flavor but i'm finding that the syrup gets thick too quickly. I've had it for a couple weeks, i use it almost every day, and now it barely comes out of the pump. Maybe it's a pump issue, (i purchased the recommended pump from this site) or maybe i don't consume it fast enough. If you are a casual user, i suggest you don't get the larger bottle but maybe a couple smaller bottles which are harder to portion out, but may not get thicker so quickly. I threw away my first 64oz bottle with the pump thinking it was just a bad batch, but i am having the same issue with the new bottle and pump. I've had no issues with the white chocolate 64 oz, just the dark chocolate 64 oz (Posted on 3/8/2016)

    Switched to Monin sauces about 2 months ago. Taste is wonderful but 20% of the bottle is left and it won't pump any more-that is a lot of left over. We have old hot water heaters and we place the nearly empty jug on it and then transfer it to the new one. I wonder if Monin could make it just a touch thinner? Perhaps add a 1/2 cup of water or so--just a thought. The caramel and white chocolate have no problems with viscosity. (Posted on 2/27/2016)
