I love, that's LOVE Monin syrups. However; on my last order I was promised a birthday discount and did not receive it after I entered the proper code. I discovered caramel lattes quite a few years ago. I started out loving them, and then I would notice that they were inconsistent, one good then the next one not so good. Then I went to a deli/coffee place and they used Monin and they always seemed to get it right. They used Monin, the caramel flavor. I decided to give it a try making my own. Spot on caramel flavor, not too over-powering, and all the notes are just right. Works excellent in beverages, both hot and cold! Slightly lighter tasting than the Salted Caramel flavor. (Posted on 8/12/2015)

This is the syrup we use to make 'night time milk'. For the kids, warm milk with caramel. For adults, add rum if you wish. My kids loved it and now grandkids . Liked this better than salted, got a slight aftertaste with salted. (Posted on 7/18/2015)
