Blueberry Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup Meyer lemon juice
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1/4 cup Monin Blueberry Purée
- 1 tsp. ground dry mustard
- Yield: 1.5 Cups
- Garnish: Blueberries, Lemon
- Whisk all ingredients together, except the oil, until well combined.
- While whisking, slowly drizzle in the oil until fully mixed in.
- Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
