Blood Orange Avocado Salsa
- 1 cup diced avocado
- 2 Tbsp. scallions
- 2 Tbsp. finely diced red bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Monin Blood Orange Purée
- 1 tsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp. minced fresh garlic
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients and stir gently until thoroughly combined.
- Place into a container with plastic wrap pressed tightly onto the surface, cover tightly and refrigerate until use.
