Black-Eyed Pea Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Black-Eyed Peas (cooked)
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice (fresh)
  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Tahini
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 3-4 pumps Monin Umami Concentrated Flavor

  • Yield: Approximately (3 1/2 Cups)
  • Garnish: None

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor.
  2. Process until the mixture comes to a smooth consistency. 
  3. Serve Immediately.
