Black-Eyed Pea Hummus
- 1 lb. Black-Eyed Peas (cooked)
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice (fresh)
- 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Tahini
- 2 tsp Salt
- 3-4 pumps Monin Umami Concentrated Flavor
- Yield: Approximately (3 1/2 Cups)
- Garnish: None
- Place all ingredients into a food processor.
- Process until the mixture comes to a smooth consistency.
- Serve Immediately.
