Poached Pear Hot Chocolate by Lee Hyde
Ingredients:
- 15ml Le Fruit de MONIN Williams Pear
- 35ml Ruby Port
- 25-30g hot chocolate powder
- 200ml steamed milk
Preparation:
Steam ingredients together until hot. Pour mix in a cup.
Garnish with whipped cream with a dusting of beetroot powder and dark chocolate curls.




Hot Buttered Punch by Henry Dewar
Ingredients:
- 10ml MONIN Winter Spice syrup
- 10ml MONIN Caribbean syrup
- 75ml cloudy apple juice
- 10ml fresh lemon juice
- 1 knob of salted butter
- 100ml hot water
Preparation:
Add all ingredients into a heat proof mug or glass cup. Top with hot water. Stir until the butter has melted.
Garnish with whipped cream, cinnamon powder and cinnamon stick.




Pineapple Toddy by Anastasya Sudak
Ingredients:
- 20ml Le Fruit de MONIN Pineapple
- 5ml MONIN Maple Spice syrup
- 5ml apple cider vinegar
- 30ml fresh orange juice
- 40ml Scotch whiskey
- 150ml herbal tea
Preparation:
Steam ingredients together until hot. Pour mix in a heat proof glass cup.
Garnish with pineapple chip and thyme.
