Winter Season 2020 by MONIN: Cocktails Part II

Special Gingerbread by Julie Sèvre



  • 10ml MONIN Gingerbread syrup
  • 10ml MONIN Lemon Rantcho
  • 50ml fresh orange juice
  • 40ml cognac


Pour all ingredients into the shaker full of ice cubes and shake. Double strain and pour into an old fashioned glass over a big ice sphere.

Garnish with grated lime. 

Midwinter Nights by Lukas Etus



  • 15ml MONIN Honey Syrup
  • 40ml Ardbeg Uiguedail
  • 10ml fresh ginger juice
  • 20ml fresh lemon juice
  • Dash of absinthe
  • Top with ginger ale



Add all ingredients to a tin except ginger ale. Shake and strain over the ice, top up with ginger ale.

Garnish with honeycomb and ginger leaf.

Santa-Gria by Alexandre Lapierre



  • 25ml MONIN Morello Cherry syrup
  • 20ml Aperol

  • 40ml Vermouth Rosso

  • 1 dash Angostura bitter

  • Top with sparkling soda


Combine all ingredients in pitcher or carafe and stir. Pour into serving glasses over ice.

Garnish with orange slices, star anis & cinammon sticks.

Peanut Cookie Espresso Martini by Joseph Khoury



  • 20ml MONIN Peanut Cookie syrup
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 30ml vanilla vodka
  • 30ml Irish cream


Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with. Shake and serve.

Garnish with grated peanut.
