A cocktail signature made with MONIN Saffron syrup by Francesco Bonazzi

Francesco Bonazzi comes from Turino and lives now in Milano where he is bartender at Mag Café Bar. He has created a cocktail signature with the exclusive MONIN Saffron syrup (limited edition in Europe).
Milan inspires Franscesco and saffron is a symbol of the Milanese cooking. This is the reason why MONIN Saffron syrup is the secret ingredient of Francesco's cocktails signature called Countryside in Milano.
The recipe is :
- 40 ml Tequila Blanco
- 20 ml Monin Saffron syrup
- 20 Farmily mediterraneo
- 15 ml Spinach/parsley’s chlorophyll extract
- 30 ml Lime
- 1 dash Teapot bitter
- Bloody beetroot salty rim
