Salted Caramel

SALTED CARAMEL

This indulgent buttery, salty toffee flavour is perfect for both cocktails, mocktails, and hot drinks.

HOT DRINKS

In a coffee, we recomend between 10 and 20ml of syrup per serve, depending on how sweet you like your coffee.

Incorporate it in a latte, cappuccino or a flat white (recipe below).

When using non- dairy milk, the best match for our salted caramel syrup is coconut milk or oat milk.

 

COLD DRINKS

MONIN Salted Caramel syrup easily replaces sugar syrups or liqueurs in cocktails. Recipe suggestions below

SALTED CARAMEL FLAT WHITE

 

 

 

 

 

 

SALTED CARAMEL FLAT WHITE

Ingredients

  • 15ml MONIN Salted Caramel syrup
  • 2 shots espresso
  • 60ml milk

 






Preparation

  • Pour coffee and syrup into a glass/cup

  • Steam milk until frothy 

  • Pour over glass/cup using the latte art technique. 

  • Serve

ESPRESSO MARTINI

 

 

 

 

SALTED CARAMEL ESPRESSO MARTINI

Ingredients

  • 20ml MONIN Salted Caramel syrup
  • 50ml vodka
  • 2 shots espresso





Preparation

  • Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice

  • Shake thoroughly

  • Strain into a chilled cocktail glass

  • Garnish with coffee beans

ESPRESSO MARTINI

 

 

 

 

SALTED CARAMEL TRUFFLE FLIP

Ingredients

  • 20ml MONIN Salted Caramel syrup
  • 40ml cognac
  • 20ml cream
  • whole egg

 




Preparation

  • Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice

  • Shake thoroughly

  • Strain into a chilled cocktail glass

  • Garnish with a dusting of cocoa powder and a truffle on a cocktail stick
