Andrea's cocktail signature: Ceviche & Pink Peppercorn Syrup inspirations

"In a cocktail, aesthetics and taste must go together"

Andrea Dracos, an Italian bartender, has created a signature cocktail inspired by Ceviche, a Peruvian dish, and MONIN Pink Peppercorn syrup.  He wants to bring you abroad! 

He has also made a food pairing with shrimps, for him aesthetics and taste must go together. 

His recipe: 

  • 20 ml MONIN Pink peppercorn syrup
  • 30 ml Vodka
  • 30 ml Orange juice and grapefruit cooked at low temperature with shrimps
  • 15 ml farmily mediterraneo
  • 10 ml ancho reyes
  • Black and pink pepper on top
