Recipe suggestions

Flavoured Latte

  • 20ml MONIN syrup
  • 50ml strong coffee
  • 180ml hot milk

Pour MONIN syrup and coffee into cup.
Stir to combine.
Pour in the hot milk.

(optional: garnish with whipped cream)


Flavoured Hot Chocolate

  • 20ml MONIN syrup
  • 1 scoop hot chocolate powder
  • 240ml hot milk

Pour MONIN syrup into cup. Add the chocolate powder into the cup. Stir to combine.
Pour over the hot milk and stir to ensure all powder is dissolved.

(optional: garnish with whipped cream)


Flavoured Iced Latte

  • 20ml MONIN syrup
  • 50ml strong coffee
  • 120ml cold milk/ vegan alternative
  • Ice

Fill glass with ice.
Pour in the MONIN syrup.
Pour in the milk.
Pour the coffee in last.
Stir to combine.

Flavoured Milkshake

  • 30ml MONIN syrup
  • 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 120ml semi skimmed milk
  • Ice

Pour MONIN syrup into the blender jug.
Add the milk and cubed ice into the blender jug.
Blend on high speed for 30 seconds and pour into the vessel of choice.
Finish with Whipped cream and toppings.

 


Twist on an Old Fashioned

  • 15ml MONIN syrup
  • 50ml gold rum
  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters
  • Ice

Pour MONIN syrup into a glass.
Add the rum and bitters. Stir for around 60 seconds.
Top up with additional ice. Garnish with an orange zest.

Flavoured Highball

  • 15ml MONIN syrup
  • 50ml American/ Irish whiskey
  • Top ginger ale
  • Squeeze 1 lime wedge
  • Ice

Pour MONIN syrup into a glass.
Fill with ice. Pour in the whiskey and ginger ale. Stir gently to combine.
Cut lime into six and squeeze 1 lime wedge into glass.
