Lipton Tea Cocktails Experience with MONIN

MONIN is in partnership with Lipton in Benelux to develop an amazing cocktail tea experience. Hot and cold recipes have been developed with a tea based with addition of MONIN syrups, fresh ingredients like fruits, herbs and spices.

Improve guest experience and try the following recipes according to seasonality:

For fall season and winter:

Hot Lemon Tea

Ingredients:

  • 10 bags of Lipton Green Tea Sencha
  • 2 litter of Water
  • 20 cl MONIN Lemon Syrup
  • 80g fresh ginger, cut in slices
  • 100g Lemongrass sticks
  • 50g Lemon peel/shell
  • 20g Kaffir Lime Leaves

For 10 servings

Instructions: Put the tea bags in boiled water and leave to infuse. Take the bags out and add the syrup or serve it on the side. Put in every tea glass two slices of ginger, one crushed Lemongrass stick, lemon shell and a lime leave. Pour the hot tea in the glasses and serve. 

During spring season:

Earl Grey Tea with Cucumber Aroma

Ingredients:

  • 10 bags of Lipton Earl Grey
  • 2 litter of Water
  • 25 cl MONIN Cucumber Syrup
  • 500g Gurken, cut in slices
  • 20g vervain

 For 10 servings

Instructions: Put the tea bags in boiled water and leave to infuse. Take the bags out. Divide the syrup among the tea glasses. Put in every tea glass a slice of cucumber and if preferred vervain. Pour the hot tea in the glasses and serve.

During summer:

Guava-Peach Tea with Lemon-Thyme

Ingredients:

 For 10 servings

Instructions: Put the tea bags in boiled water and leave to infuse. Take the bags out and add the syrup or serve on the side. Put in every tea glass a small stroke of thyme. Pour the hot tea in the glasses and serve.
