GET CREATIVE WITH MONIN SYRUPS
It is so easy to make your favourite drinks, all you need is MONIN!
Use between 15 and 20ml of syrup per serve for hot drinks, 10-25ml for cocktails, or 20-30ml for frappes and milkshakes, depending on recipe.

Flavoured Latte
Ingredients:
- 15-20ml MONIN syrup of your choice (about 2-3 teaspoons)
- Espresso coffee (30ml if single, 60ml if double)
- Milk (semi-skimmed or plant-based)
Method:
- Steam milk, or warm it up and froth it.
- Brew espresso coffee
- Mix the coffee and syrup together, then pour over the milk
Suggested flavours: Caramel, Hazelnut, Vanilla, Cinnamon, Gingerbread, Honeycomb, Almond, Muscovado, Agave
Strawberry, Raspberry syrups


Strawberry or Raspberry Daquiri
Ingredients:
- 20ml MONIN Strawberry or Raspberry syrup
- 50ml white rum
- 15ml lime juice
- Ice
Method:
- Pour MONIN syrup into a cocktail shaker. Add the rum, lime juice and ice.
- Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.


Strawberry or Raspberry Lemonade
Ingredients:
- 10ml MONIN Strawberry or Raspberry syrup
- juice of one lemon
- 150ml still or sparkling water
Method:
- Pour MONIN syrup and lemon juice into your glass.
- Add in the still or sparkling water and stir.
- Fill with ice and garnish lemon slices.
Hazelnut syrup
Hazelnut White Russian
Ingredients:

10ml MONIN Hazelnut syrup

20ml coffee liqueur
-
30ml vodka
-
40ml cream
Method:
- Add all ingredients into a glass filled with ice
- Stir well and serve


Hazelnut Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
- 20ml MONIN Hazelnut syrup
- 1 Scoop hot chocolate powder
- 240ml hot milk
Method:
- Pour MONIN syrup into cup. Add the chocolate powder into the cup. Stir to combine.
- Pour over the hot milk and stir to ensure all powder is dissolved.
Elderflower syrup


Strawberry & Elderflower Fizz
Ingredients:
- 20ml MONIN Strawberry syrup
- 10ml MONIN Elderflower syrup
- 150ml sparkling water
- Ice
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a glass with ice and stir.
- Cut a lemon into eight and squeeze 1 lemon wedge into glass.
- Garnish with a strawberry slice, the squeezed lemon wedge and a sprig of rosemary.


Elderflower Hard Seltzer
Ingredients:
- 10ml MONIN Elderflower syrup
- 25ml vodka
- Top soda water
- Squeeze 1 lime wedge
Method:
- Pour MONIN syrup into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Pour in the vodka and soda water and stir gently to combine.
- Cut lime into six and squeeze 1 lime wedge into glass.
- Garnish with the squeezed lime wedge and a sprig of mint
Passion Fruit syrup


Pornstar Martini
Ingredients:
- 15ml MONIN Passion Fruit syrup
- 50ml vanilla vodka
- 50ml pineapple juice
- 15ml lime juice
Method:
- Add vodka, MONIN syrup, pineapple and lime juice into a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a glass.
- Garnish with half a passion fruit.


Passion Fruit Bellini
Ingredients:
- 15ml MONIN Passion Fruit syrup
- 110ml Prosecco
Method:
Watermelon syrup


Watermelon Frozen Daiquiri
Ingredients:
- 20ml MONIN Watermelon syrup
- 50ml Rum
- 25ml lime juice
Method:
- Pour MONIN syrup into a blender, with rum, lime juice and a scoop of ice.
- Blend ingredients.
- Pour into glass and garnish with watermelon slice.


Watermelon Gin and tonic
Ingredients:
- 15ml MONIN Watermelon syrup
- 25ml London dry gin
- 100ml tonic water
Method:
- Add gin, MONIN syrup and tonic into a glass with cubed ice.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with lime wedge.
Orange Curacao Triple Sec syrup


Super Cosmo
Ingredients:
- 15ml MONIN Triple Sec Syrup
- 20ml vodka
- 15ml lime juice
- 30ml cranberry juice
- Top with soda water
Method:
- Combine all ingredients except soda in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well and fine strain into a chilled wine glass and top with soda.
- Garnish with an orange twist.


Orange Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
- 20ml MONIN Triple Sec syrup
- 1 Scoop hot chocolate powder
- 240ml hot milk
Method:
- Pour MONIN syrup into cup. Add the chocolate powder into the cup. Stir to combine.
- Pour over the hot milk and stir to ensure all powder is dissolved.
Grenadine syrup


Floradora Spritz
Ingredients:
- 15ml MONIN Grenadine syrup
- 35ml gin
- 25ml lime juice
- 50ml ginger ale
- 50ml Prosecco
Method:
- Combine all ingredients in a Highball or Copa glass filled with ice.
- Mix gently and garnishwith a lime slice and sprig of mint.


Iced Red Tea
Ingredients:
- 20ml MONIN Grenadine syrup
- 1 Ceylon tea bag
- 240ml hot water
- Ice
Method:

Steep the tea bag in hot water for 2 minutes and remove (ideally let the tea cool down or even refrigerate overnight).

Pour the tea into a highball glass with ice, add in the MONIN syrup and stir.

Garnish with a lemon wedge & mint sprig.
Bubble Gum syrup


Bubble Gum Daquiri
Ingredients:
- 20ml MONIN Bubble Gum syrup
- 50ml white rum
- 15ml lime juice
- Ice
Method:
- Pour MONIN syrup into a cocktail shaker. Add the rum, lime juice and ice.
- Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.


Bubble Gum Cosmopolitan
Ingredients:
- 20ml MONIN Bubble Gum syrup
- 15ml lime juice
- 50ml vodka
- 75ml cranberry juice
Method:
- Pour MONIN syrup into a cocktail shaker filled with cubed ice.
- Add the remaining ingredients and shake thoroughly.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with Hubba Bubba.
Pure Cane Sugar syrup


Espresso Martini
Ingredients:
- 15ml MONIN Pure Cane Sugar syrup
- 35ml vodka
- 15ml coffee liqueur
- 40ml strong coffee
Method:
- Add vodka, coffee liqueur, MONIN syrup and coffee into a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a glass.
- Garnish with coffee beans or hocolate powder.


Mojito
Ingredients:
- 15ml MONIN Pure Cane Sugar syrup
- 50ml rum
- 20ml lime juice
- 8 mint leaves
- 100ml soda water
Method:
- Muddle mint leaves in a glass.
- Pour MONIN syrup, lime juice and rum, stir well.
- Add ice, stir again and top with soda water.
Agave syrup


Tommy's Margarita
Ingredients:
- 15ml MONIN Agave syrup
- 60ml tequila or mezcal
- 30ml lime juice
Method:
- Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a glass.
- Garnish with lime


Agave Iced Cold Brew
Ingredients:

20ml MONIN Agave syrup

180ml cold brew coffee

Ice
Method:
- Add cold brew and syrup to a glass of ice.
- Garnish with mint and serve
Muscovado sugar syrup


Muscovado Tea Latte
Ingredients:
- 20ml MONIN Muscovado sugar syrup
- 100ml Darjeeling black tea
- 100ml steamed milk
Method:
- Brew tea, pour in the syrup and mix well.
- Pour steamed milk over.


Spiced Rum Fizz
Ingredients:
- 20ml MONIN Muscovado sugar syrup
- 45ml spiced rum
- 25ml fresh lemon juice
- 2 ginger slices
- 20ml egg white
- soda water
Method:
- Combine all ingredients except soda water into a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into a highball glass.
- Top with soda water and stir gently.
- Garnish with a lemon zest and cinnamon stick. Serve.
Amaretto syrup


Amaretto & Ginger Ale
Ingredients:
- 15ml MONIN Amaretto syrup
- 150ml ginger ale
- Squeeze 1 lime wedge
Method:
- Pour MONIN syrup over cubed ice and top with ginger ale.
- Cut lime into six and squeeze 1 lime wedge into glass.
- Stir to combine the ingredients and garnish with the squeezed lime wedge and a sprig of mint.


Godfather
Ingredients:
- 20ml MONIN Amaretto syrup
- 60ml Bourbon
- Ice
Method:
- Fill a rocks glass with ice.
- Pour in the MONIN syrup and Bourbon.
- Stir to combine.
Mojito Mint syrup


Virgin Pineapple Mojito
Ingredients:
- 20ml MONIN Mojito mint syrup
- 100ml soda water
- 50ml pineapple juice
- 2 squeezes lime
Method:
- Pour MONIN syrup, pineapple juice and soda water into a glass filled with Ice.
- Cut lime into six and squeeze lime wedges into glass.
- Garnish with lime wedge.


Mint and Cucumber Cooler
Ingredients:
- 15ml MONIN Mojito Mint syrup
- 3 sliced cucumber pieces
- 180ml soda water
Method:
- Add MONIN syrup and cucumber to a glass with cubed ice.
- Top with soda water.
- Gently stir to combine.
