Winter Spice Port Punch
Ingredients
- 20 ml Winter Spice syrup
- 60 ml dark beer
- 60 ml fresh cream
- 20 ml port wine
- 25 ml dark rum
- 4 dash(es) angostura bitters
- 1 egg yolk
Capacity: 360 ml
Garnish: Nutmeg
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed
- Cap and shake vigorously
- Strain into serving glass filled with fresh ice
