Winter Mule by Raphaël Duron

 

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Combine ingredients in a mug. Fill with ice cubes. 

Garnish with orange zest, fresh ginger slice, cinnamon stick and icing sugar.

Festive Pear Daiquiri by Jan Marc Menicable

 

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Shake all ingredients with ice cubes. Pour in a coupette glass.

Garnish with gold leaves brush of the side of the glass or with a rosemary sprig. 

Baked Apple Rum Old Fashioned by Ben Klaeger

 

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Put all ingredients together with ice into mixing glass, stir and strain into old fashioned tumbler with one big ice cube. Add Madagascar Vanilla foam.

Garnish with dried apple slices and Ceylon cinnamon powder.

Biscuit Flip by Misel Posavac

 

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker tin (without ice) and dry shake. Add ice and shake again to chill. Strain into a chilled glass.

Garnish with grated biscuit and nutmeg.
