Cinammon Roll Clarified Milkpunch
20ml MONIN Cinnamon syrup
50ml cardamom & walnut infused rum
30ml almond milk
Garnish: walnut on top of ice cube
Tangerine Whiskey Sour
20ml Le Fruit de MONIN Tangerine
30ml fresh lemon juice
Garnish: cinnamon powder
20ml MONIN Gingerbread syrup
50ml London dry gin
Salted caramel espuma
Garnish: grated tonkabean
Prepare the espuma: Combine milk, salted caramel and 2 egg whites. Pour into Isi siphon. Add 2 Co2 cartridges. Store in a cold place until ready to use.
Shake all ingredients with ice cubes in a shaker.
Strain into glass.
Spray the espuma on top of the cocktail and garnish with tonkabean rub.
150ml almond milk
Garnish: cinammon powder
Combine all ingredients in a milk jug.
Heat up the liquid until hot and foamy.
Serve hot drink in glass and garnish with cinnamon powder.
10ml MONIN Macadamia Nut syrup
10ml MONIN White Chocolate syrup
50ml chilli-infused mezcal
30ml fresh lime juice
Garnish: chipotle-tonkabean rim
Pour all ingredients in a mixing glass.
Fill with some ice cubes and stir.
Strain into a chilled glass.
Garnish: coffee bean
Strain into a chilled glass over a clear ice cube.
Winter Old Fashioned
Garnish: toasted marshmallow
Pour all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice cubes.
Strain into an Old Fashioned glass over a clear ice cube.
Garnish with toasted marshmallow.
Pumpkin Spice Highball
Garnish: fresh bay leaf & grated nutmeg
Combine all ingredients in a Highball glass filled with ice.
Top with soda water.
Garnish and serve.
Gingerbread Tangerine Fizz
Garnish: fresh sage leaf & kumquat
Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
Shake and strain into a highball glass over ice.
Top with ginger ale.
