CITRUS LAVENDER MULE
20 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Tangerine
10 ml MONIN Lavender syrup
40 ml fresh orange juice
40 ml fresh grapefruit juice
Top with ginger beer
Tangerine or orange wedge
Optional : lavender sprig
Pour all ingredients except ginger beer into a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake and strain into an ice filled highball glass.
Top with ginger beer.
Garnish with a tangerine or orange wedge.
20 ml MONIN Mango syrup
15 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Lime
20 ml fresh lemon juice
30 ml fresh orange juice
8 fresh white grape seeds
100 ml soda water
Lime wheel, orange zest, mint sprig
Muddle grape seeds with MONIN products into a shaker tin.
Add remaining ingredients and ice cubes.
Shake hard and fine strain into an ice filled copa glass.
Top with soda water.
Garnish with a lime wheel, an orange zest and a mint sprig.
20 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Williams Pear
10 ml MONIN Tarragon syrup
20 ml fresh lime juice
50 ml chamomille infusion
15 ml egg white
Top with tonic water
Tarragon leave, Edible flower
Pour all ingredients except soda water into a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake hard and strain into a tumbler filled with ice cubes.
Top with tonic water.
Garnish with tarragon leaves and an edible flower.
