Shades of Brazil
Ingredients
- 20 ml MONIN Rooibos Concentrate
- 15 ml MONIN Acerola syrup
- 50 ml cachaça fat washed with coconut oil
- 30 ml pomegranate juice
- 40 ml ginger beer
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients except ginger beer
- Add ice cubes and shake
- Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice cubes
- Top with ginger beer
- Garnish and serve
