Pistachio Little Cream Pots

Instructions

  1. Recipe for 6 cream pots
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, the egg yolks with MONIN Syrup(s), without letting it foam
  3. Pour into glass pots (yogurt type pots)
  4. Cook in the oven at 90°C for 1h
  5. Leave to cool, and store in the fridge
