Pistachio Little Cream Pots
Capacity: 1.00 large batch
- Recipe for 6 cream pots
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, the egg yolks with MONIN Syrup(s), without letting it foam
- Pour into glass pots (yogurt type pots)
- Cook in the oven at 90°C for 1h
- Leave to cool, and store in the fridge
