- 20 ml Sirop d'Orange
- 30 ml gin
- 15 ml jus d'orange
- 15 ml blanc d'œuf ou stabilisateur
- 90 ml Eau gazeuse
Capacity: 250 ml
Garnish: Tranche d'Orange / Morceaux
- Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into chilled serving glass.
- Top with sparkling beverage.
