Green Park Fizz
Ingredients
- 20 ml MONIN Cucumber syrup
- 60 ml dry vermouth
- 80 ml tonic
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
Capacity: 580 ml / 19.05 oz
Garnish: cucumber slice, mint
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients except tonic into a balloon glass filled with ice cubes
- Top with tonic
- Stir gently and serve
- Garnish with a cucumber slice into the glass and mint on top
