Ingredients
- 20 ml Crème Brûlée syrup
- 40 ml cognac
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 20 ml egg white
Capacity: 300 ml
Garnish: lemon zest
Instructions
- Shake ingredients without ice.
- Add ice and shake to chill.
- Strain into ice-filled serving glass.
