Southeastern Europe

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Brand Development Manager to join our EMEA team to drive the development and growth MONIN Brand in the region of Southeastern Europe.


Position: Business Development Manager, Southeastern Europe

Territory: Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Albania 

Reporting to: Export Director EMEA


Position Summary:

To drive sustainable development and growth of Monin brand in the region of Southeastern Europe through boosting sales by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Formulate, plan and implement the sales and marketing strategies and budget to achieve business objectives conjointly with MONIN importers/distributors in the territory covered by this position
  • Oversee the sales performance of MONIN business in the defined territory
  • Develop and drive strategic plan on functional areas of product and business development,
  • corporate and brand image, sales and marketing:
  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
  • Research and build relationships with new clients
  • Management of sales activation projects
  • Improve market knowledge: trends, key accounts, drink habits…,
  • Set up the marketing plan for each year and for each country referred above


Education Requirements and Skills

  • Relevant and significant working experiences :

- At least 5 years of Sales experience in channel on trade-beverages/spirits industry

Nice to have : Sales of International Premium brands

- Business Development/Trade Marketing experience

- Knowledge of the beverage market in the Southeastern Europe

Ideal Location: Belgrade, Zagreb 

Travel time: 120-140 days per year
