Belle Hélène Pear Frappe
Ingredients
- 30 ml Le Fruit Williams Pear
- 30 ml Le Frappé Vanilla Liquid Base
- 120 ml milk
- drizzle with L'Artiste Cocoa
Capacity: 400 ml
Garnish: crushed nuts, L'artiste de MONIN Cocoa, pear, whipped cream
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients into a blender bowl
- Cover with ice cubes
- Blend until smooth
- Pour a swirl of MONIN Sauce or L'Artiste de MONIN in the glass
- Pour blended mix in the glass
- Garnish and serve
