Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. (45 ml) Cuban rum
  • 1/2 oz. (15 ml) Almond syrup
  • 1/2 oz. (15 ml) Blood Orange Fruit Purée
  • 1/2 oz. (15 ml) fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 oz. (20 ml) dark rum floater
Glass: Tiki
Garnish: edible flower(s), lime slice
Glass Size: 12 oz. (355 ml)

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a shaker in the order listed, except floater.
  2. Cap and shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into serving glass filled with ice.
  4. Gently pour floater on top.
  5. Garnish.
