Smoked Pineapple Mojito
- 2 wedge(s) Grilled pineapple slice(s)
- 8 leaf(ves) mint leaves
- 1 pump(s) Ginger Concentrated Flavor
- 1/2 oz. (15 ml) Monin Hickory Smoke Syrup
- 1/2 oz. (15 ml) fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 oz. (45 ml) light rum
- top club soda
- top soda water
Garnish: Lime Peel, Wheel or Wedge, Mint Sprig
Glass Size: 16 oz. (475 ml)
- Fill serving glass full of ice.
- Place ingredients into bottom of mixing glass and muddle.
- Fill mixing glass 2/3 full of ice and pour remaining ingredients in order listed.
- Cap, and shake and strain into serving glass with ice.
- Add garnish, and serve.
