Winter Shipping Advisory

Due to cold weather conditions, Monin Sugar Free Syrups and Monin Zero Calorie Natural Flavourings will not be available for shipment November 15th – March 31st. These products contain the natural sweetener, erythritol, which has a tendency to crystallize when exposed to cold temperatures during transit in winter months. This crystallization may result in the product freezing, compromising the quality of our flavorings. Please note that all orders placed before December 1st will be processed and shipped before restrictions begin.

For all orders placed on the store:

*Free ground shipping available to all provinces with some restrictions as far as remote locations.

  • We ship via FedEX or Canada Post for most orders.
  • For orders with a PO Box, Monin will ship via Smart Post
  • If an address is determined by Monin to be ‘remote,’ Free Shipping will NOT apply. Monin reserves the right to make this decision based on shipping costs and proximity to the shipping distribution center. Alternate methods of shipping will be presented to the customer at the time of checkout.
  • ALL SHIPPING CHARGES for orders less than $70.00 are disclosed during the check-out process giving the customer the opportunity to cancel their order should a shipping charge not be acceptable to them
  • Orders containing pumps only are eligible for Smart Post shipping
  • You must have a physical street address to qualify for shipping.
  • All orders placed on this site are for domestic delivery only. No export documentation will be provided
  • Customers in remote locations can email customer service at to learn more about our policies.
  • 'Returns' from remote locations will not be accepted

What if I need my order right away?

If you need your MONIN® product in a hurry, we do offer FedEX priority and expedited shipping methods. Only ground shipping is eligible for free shipping. All shipping methods charges are computed by the distance from our shipping warehouse to your location (Postal code), and on the total weight of the order.

How soon will you ship my order?

  • In most cases, ground orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends). See details below.*
  • Packages are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • Expedited orders received and processed before 1pm EST (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays will ship that same day (some exceptions apply).
  • Expedited orders received after 1pm EST, Saturday or Sunday, or during a holiday will be shipped out within 1-3 business days, depending on the flavour.
  • *If, for some reason, a product ordered becomes unavailable before shipment is processed, the customer will be notified and given the options to (1) Cancel the item (2) Swap for another available product (3) Wait until inventory is replenished.
  • Please Note: There may be a delay in shipment for any order effected by low or out-of-stock inventory items.


  • If a credit will be issued for a returned Product, that will happen after the returned product has been inventoried and inspected by Monin’s warehouse manager.
  •  If the returned Product is deemed to be in good resalable condition, the credit will be applied within 24-48 hours.
  •  If a Product is delivered to a customer in a damaged or tampered condition due to poor packaging or unforeseen conditions, Monin will make the determination as to whether the credit is issued.
  •  Credits will not be issued due to a customer’s taste preference/dislike.

Cancelled Orders

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped from the Monin distribution center.
