Shelby’s dedication to the industry she loves is as strong today as it was when she first joined the world of hospitality nearly two decades ago. She has accumulated numerous beverage certifications and developed countless drinks for restaurants, bars, industry happenings, and exclusive private events. Additionally, she has worked closely with leaders in the spirits and distribution industry and has also trained with a Michelin-rated chef. Shelby has a wealth of knowledge from not only a mixology standpoint, but hospitality management and event coordination as well. Her passion for innovation, expertise, and ability to wow guests with smile-worthy creations are just a few of the reasons why she fits right in at Monin.
