Ingredients

  • 1 oz. (30 ml) citrus rum
  • 1 oz. (30 ml) coconut rum
  • 3/4 oz. (20 ml) Monin Hawaiian Island Syrup
  • 1 pump(s) Ginger Concentrated Flavor
  • 1 oz. (30 ml) grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz. (30 ml) fresh sour mix
Glass: Mason Jar
Garnish: candied ginger, lime slice, Mint Sprig, pineapple slice
Glass Size: 16 oz. (475 ml)

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed.
  2. Add ice cubes.
  3. Cap and shake vigorously.
  4. Strain into serving glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Garnish.
